8-Week Mindfulness Program
The Nurtured Mind offers a comprehensive one-on-one private 8-week mindfulness course. Our mindfulness training is the product of considerable research; we follow the gold-standard MBSR program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and his colleagues. Each weekly session lasts 90 minutes and is designed to help participants shift their perception, undo mental and physical tensions, and develop greater resilience.
To support long-lasting benefits, participants are required to commit to 20 to 30 minutes of daily home practice. To facilitate this, the program provides exclusive MP3 guided meditation audio recordings via email after each class.

Workplace meditation programs at The Nurtured Mind are custom-designed by business people for business people to ensure they are practical, easily understood, and suitable for work environments.
These services aim to help staff and managers reduce stress, stay focused, think creatively, and relax quickly, even in busy or tense situations.

Companies have two options: The Nurtured Mind can provide on-site facilitation at the workplace, or staff can visit their private East Melbourne sanctuary.
Meditation for Mothers
This service is dedicated to nurturing mothers, helping them find the inner calm and resilience necessary for a positive parenting experience. Each 60-minute session is designed to help mothers release stress, anxiety, and guilt, while fostering stronger connections with their children.
Sessions are designed for relaxation and begin by gently stretching the body to release physical tension, followed by guided deep relaxation and a meditation session tailored to the mother's needs. Participants are also provided with exclusive MP3 guided meditation recordings to facilitate their own practice at home.
